Young Voices (hereinafter, “YV”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information obtained from visitors to our website (hereinafter, the “YV Site”). By using the YV Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy for any reason, please do not use the YV Site or share your personally identifiable information with us as discussed below.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

3. Special Note About Children

While we encourage everyone to visit the YV Site, individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to register for YV services. If you are a minor, you must use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian who can ensure compliance with parental preferences.

Additionally, our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
