Young Voices is thrilled to host Bob Levy, chairman of the board of directors at the Cato Institute, for a discussion on the constitutional perspectives of liberals, conservatives, and libertarians.
Bob joined Cato as senior fellow in constitutional studies in 1997 after 25 years in business, and gave his name to the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies. In his remarks, Bob will discuss how the Constitution should be interpreted and comment on several politically charged topics, and recommend three constitutional amendments.
