Introducing Our Spring 2023 PR Fellows!

Young Voices is very excited to welcome our inaugural class of PR Fellows for Spring 2023! These fellows will be working closely with staff in order to learn the ropes of the Public Relations and nonprofit worlds. They will be receiving hands-on training and experience with our Editorial, Public Relations, and Program Departments. By completing their fellowships, they will be equipped to pursue full-time careers.

Now – meet the fellows

Lizzie Harvey

Lizzie is excited to return to Young Voices following her internship in the public relations department this past summer. She has worked with multiple political nonprofits. Lizzie will complete her undergraduate degree in political science and communications this spring and hopes to work in political PR following her graduation.

Tyler Cochran

Tyler Cochran is a first-year graduate student in the Biblical Languages program at Houston Christian University. As a longtime liberty advocate, he has interned for the National Review Institute’s Center for Religion, Culture, and Civil Society; Young Americans for Liberty; and his local senator. He has a passion for exploring the connection between religion and politics.

Andrew Sandstrom

A native of Ogden, Utah, Andrew grew up hiking, backpacking, and skiing in the Wasatch Mountains. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from Brigham Young University and worked on energy and environmental policy in the Intermountain West. He lives in Pleasant View with his wife and son and enjoys skiing, gardening, and primitive skills.

We're very excited to help these fellows reach the level of success they are hoping to achieve!
