This month, Young Voices brought back our Social Mobility Fellowship, a program designed to address some of the toughest domestic policy issues facing the U.S. today including poverty, crime, and upward mobility. Eight fellows met in Washington, D.C. this week for the program's opening Opportunity Summit, engaging with policymakers and social entrepreneurs and learning the art of original reporting.
Over the next five months, each fellow will produce two feature stories with original reporting, shining a spotlight on issues and innovative solutions addressing barriers to social mobility. We look forward to sharing their published works with you in the months ahead. Together, we can shape the future of impactful journalism and advocacy for liberty.
