Alex Little
Quincy Institute
Alex Little is from Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a dual BA in linguistics and Russian in 2018 and from Georgia Tech with an MS in global media and cultures-Russian in 2021. Prior to graduate school, Alex cumulatively spent over two years living in Russia to study the language. He is currently the Grand Strategy intern at the Quincy Institute. Before joining QI, Alex worked at the Cato Institute as a Development Assistant through the Koch Associate Program. Alex interned at the Heritage Foundation, the Woodrow Wilson Center, and the Cato Institute. He also served as a Marcellus Policy Fellow through the John Quincy Adams Society and wrote a policy paper outlining a realist and restrained U.S. foreign policy toward Central Asia. His works have been published in outlets such as Responsible Statecraft, The American Conservative, Inkstick Media, and The National Interest. Alex aims to leverage his writing and language skills by working in the think tank space to promote a realist and restrained foreign policy.
