Autumn Billings was born and raised in a town west of New Orleans called Destrehan, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she received two Bachelor of Arts in both political science and economics.
During undergrad, Autumn was President of the LSU chapter of Young Americans for Liberty. In this role, she enjoyed facilitating conversation around classical liberal philosophy and creating an environment where people could speak openly, ask honest questions, and seek answers from a place of genuine curiosity.
Tired of the swamp, Autumn attended the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado right out of undergrad. While in law school, she gained experience with legal writing and representing criminal defense clients in the public defenders’ office and law school’s juvenile legal clinic. However, these roles failed to fulfill her other interests.
After receiving her Juris Doctor, Autumn moved to the Washington, DC area to pursue a career in criminal justice reform policy and the broader liberty movement. She now works as a Program Officer at Stand Together Trust to help ensure our country maintains a constitutionally limited government. Autumn is an avid learner and enjoys music, dance, and the performing arts.
