Kate Farmer is a graduating senior at Washington University in St. Louis and an incoming Joseph Rago Memorial Fellow at The Wall Street Journal. Her writing centers around mental health policy, homelessness, and urbanism. Her works have appeared in various state and national publications including RealClearPolitics, The American Spectator, and The Washington Examiner. While in college, Kate interned under President Robert Doar at the American Enterprise Institute and was a Hamilton National Fellow at the Alexander Hamilton Society. She also represented the U.S. at the 2024 European Journalism Institute through TFAS.
