Oliver is a passionate advocate for liberal ideals and political engagement. During Sixth Form, he represented the UK abroad in Poland for European Youth Parliament (EYP), where he engaged in debates on crucial political issues with students from around Europe. This hands-on experience provided him with invaluable insight into how big policy ideas impact local communities, solidifying his commitment to effecting positive change through political action. Building on his academic and extracurricular experiences, Oliver has continued to pursue his passion for political activism and advocacy. He has embarked on an internship at the IEA, where he collaborates with the communications department to produce high-quality content for media distribution and was a campaign strategist for a London Mayoral Candidate, where he applied his innovative thinking to help manage a team of volunteers and staffers.
