Rachel Chiu is a Research Associate at the Cato Institute and the Head of Policy for #MovingForward. She writes about the digitalization of the workplace and is currently focused on labor and employment protections for nontraditional workers, regulation of gig work, and algorithmic bias.
Rachel graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
